Southchurch grade up for the first time

RPS Belt up for more success

The current Forza Karate Club “CHAMPIONS ” were very proud when some of their members graded up and received their new belts at the Friday after school class in Rayleigh primary School, Love lane. Congratulations to everyone that graded up!

Garon Students belt up

Sensei appointed Southern England Regional Assistant Coach

Sensei Anthoni Everitt has been asked by England National Team Coach, Sensei Willie Thomas 7th Dan to help assist in the coaching the Southern England Regional Team alongside Jamie Jewell of Totton Karate Club of Southhampton. The first squad training with Southern Regional Team will be held in Enfield on 9/10/16.

Kieran Nunkoo Kata Course complete

Many thanks to Sensei Anthony Balkissoon and Sensei Kieran Nunkoo from Khalsa Karate for running the kata course at Rayleigh. Sensei’s worked on Seiuchin and Bassai-Dai from the Shito Ryu style of Karate.
