2024 Team FKA Association Training

All four sessions are compulsory for Association squad members.

1. Saturday 9th March (Venue – Chingford Dojo) 
2. Saturday 6th July (Venue – Crowborough)
3. Saturday 14th September ((Venue – Rayleigh Primary, Essex)
4. Saturday 14th December (Venue – Chingford Dojo) 

Normal Times:

• Kata Training – 1:30 – 3 pm
• 11 Years and under Kumite – 3 – 4.30 pm
• 12 Years Plus Kumite – 4.30 – 6 pm

Forza students 4th Kyu and above – Kata and Kumite is a compulsory requirement for 4th kyu purple belts and above. If any student is not registered, you will not be eligible to grade.

Kata Training – All ages and grades 1:30 – 3:00 pm
Kumite Training – 11 Years and under – 3.00 – 4.30 pm
Kumite Training – 12 Years Plus Kumite – 4.30 – 6 pm
