An amazing year for one of Forza Karate Club Black Belts as Sensei Jade Honeywood is awarded her 4th Dan from Chief Instructor Sensei Anthoni Everitt.
This is what Sensei Jade had to say to her club about this award.
Another amazing moment to celebrate in 2025 ![]()

I am very proud to have been awarded my 4th Dan black belt this year. Huge thank you to my Sensei, Anthoni Everitt Forza Karate Club and to Frontier Karate Association for the continued support. I have always been supported by the best and given an incredible platform to grow and achieve.
Some of the moments Iโm most proud of over the past 4 years:
Female Senior English Champion 2022, winning my first senior English title at Ponds Forge, Sheffield. The same venue where I won my first British title aged 15!
Coached multiple students from white belt to national titles
Secured sponsorship for the past 3 years, enabling my athletes to train and compete internationally in Croatia![]()
Coached three athletes to World medals at the Youth Cup in Croatia (10โ11 years category):
โข 1 ร World Silver
โข 2 ร World Bronze
I was awarded The United Kingdom Karate Award (TUKKA 24) for Leadership and Commercial Acumen
โข Nominated by former National Coach Molly Samuel-Leport (MBE)
โข Presented by Lord Andrew Sharpe of Epsom (OBE) in Edinburgh
In 2025, My first ever student, taught from white belt, opened her own karate class in Hornchurch and took charge of a second class in Barkingside, from starting at age 6 to running her own classes under JHKA Karate
In December 2025, First ever student selected for the England National Team, competing at the European Championships in Cyprus
I am proud to be a 4th Dan and excited for the next five years and the future of JHKA Karate, Forza Karate, Frontier Karate Association and English Karate. ![]()
