Since April this. year, every month the clubs from Forza have been teaming up with our sister club JHKA and worked on kumite drills, fight offs and had lots of fun in the build up toward association selection. I would like to wish all the competitors the very best of luck for association selection on Saturday 11th December at the Limes Centre, Chigwell, Essex.
