A full house at Upminster for the female karate-ka in the junior/senior classes. Keeping social distancing the girls decided to be in a group of their own and work hard and after 6 months of isolation were pleased to be back training hard.
The club is currently opening their doors to beginners. No experience necessary, if your club has closed down and you would like to join our club, the door is open. Why not complete a trial class and come along and see what we have to offer
