Rayleigh Dojo student QG who trains twice a week at Rayleigh and once a week in Upminster, was awarded an opportunity to train and compete against the best in the world in her section.
QG, who is a novice in Sport Karate, has been training hard for the last 9 months in her monthly training sessions with the Sport Karate Coaching training sessions, along with her other team mates from JHKA and recently was selected to come along and train with some of the best in the world and managed to get some photos and autographs too.
In competition, QG unfortunately failed to pass the 1st round, although unlucky not to score a head kick, she lost 4 – 0 against her opponent from France.
On behalf of Forza karate club, I would like to congratulate QG for her outstanding behaviour and attitude, a role model for all girls in the club. Well done!
