The Forza Team joined up with our sister club (JHKA) and travelled north to Halifax for a one day course with our friends Halifax Kempo-Ryu.
The session was ran by Sensei Matt Handley, who is the EKF Para National Coach and former Regional coach and had great success at the Commonwealth Karate Championships with his students.
A great session ran and enjoyed by all, we look forward to Halifax Kempo-Ryu coming down to us in 2023.
