5 students travelled to Heathfield for the 3rd association squad training for Frontier Karate Association. The session was run by Sensei Paul Simmons 6th Dan, Sensei Anthoni Everitt 6th Dan and Sensei Jade Honeywood 2nd Dan.
Well done to Forza students, Kobe, Yuan, Lukas, Alex and Joshua whom trained really well throughout the day. With possibility of competition starting in the near future, these boys have taken a huge step forward to being selected for the association team.
